Highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Luxembourg funds & asset management team. The team advises fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the formation and lifecycle of regulated and unregulated investment funds across asset classes (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate) and on related secondary and GP-led transactions.

The role involves structuring and documenting funds from pre-launch to post-closing, advising service providers and distribution matters, and working closely with tax and regulatory specialists across jurisdictions. You will manage client relationships, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to the team’s knowledge management.

English is the official working language; French, German and Luxembourgish are regularly used. The position offers formal training, support for local qualification and exposure to a multicultural, high‑volume funds practice.

At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in alternative funds and UCITS, preferably gained in an international law firm.
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures (UCITS, SIF, RAIF, SICAR and unregulated funds).
Experience advising on depository and administration matters and on distribution channels.
Admission to Liste II or Liste IV is desirable.
Fluency in English; French, German or Luxembourgish an advantage.
Demonstrable client-service focus, teamwork, and experience supervising/junior mentoring.
