Join a global debt finance team advising on the full range of lending matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, asset and real estate finance, fund finance, syndicated facilities and private credit. The role involves advising both lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings and complex financing arrangements.

The team acts for banks, financial institutions, sponsors, funds and direct lenders on acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management and other sophisticated financings. You will work alongside experienced practitioners on high‑value, cross‑jurisdictional matters and receive structured on‑the‑job support and training.

This is a hands‑on role for a lawyer who wants to deepen technical debt finance experience in a multicultural, collaborative environment and build a strong Luxembourg finance practice.

3–6 years' PQE in banking/finance or a closely related area, preferably gained at a large international law firm
Admission to the Luxembourg bar
Law degree required; an LL.M or specialised master is an asset
Fluent English and strong French; additional languages (e.g. German or Luxembourgish) advantageous
Strong drafting, teamwork and communication skills; ability to manage complex, cross‑border transactions
