5+ years' post-qualification experience in finance-related practice areas (e.g. securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, debt capital markets, asset/funds finance)
Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills on complex finance transactions
Proven client-facing experience and commercial negotiating ability
Collaborative team-player with experience mentoring junior lawyers
