Seeking a senior associate to join a growing Government Contracts and National Security practice in the Washington office. The role focuses on transactional government-contracts support and regulatory counseling across acquisitions, structured investments, and teaming arrangements.

Work includes DCSA facility security clearance and FOCI analyses, counseling on small-business set-aside programs, SBIR/STTR awards, rights in technical data and software, subject inventions, cybersecurity/CMMC compliance, and negotiation of prime contracts, subcontracts, and teaming agreements.

Minimum of 5 years of government contracts practice experience with meaningful transactional and counseling work
Practical experience with DCSA facility security clearances and FOCI analyses

Strong drafting and analytical skills; ability to handle competing short-deadline assignments
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
