Senior Associate — Insurance & General Liability Litigation, Melbourne

Senior-associate level opportunity to join a national litigation team in Melbourne focused on insurance, public liability and related personal injury and property claims. You will work on a mix of matters for government and institutional clients, with scope to manage day-to-day files, appear in court and provide high-quality litigation advice.

The team is collaborative and offers mentoring, structured professional development and flexible working arrangements. This role is full-time and suited to a lawyer who enjoys hands-on casework and client interaction within a supportive practice.

• Admission to practise in Australia.
• Minimum ~2 years post-qualification litigation experience (senior associate / 2nd year level preferred).
• Experience in personal injury / public liability and WorkCover or insurance defence matters.
• Demonstrated client service, strong written and oral advocacy skills and ability to run files with supervision.
