Join a busy intellectual property practice focused on life‑sciences technology. The role involves patent prosecution and patent litigation work across biologics, pharmaceuticals and related technologies, working with a team of experienced IP attorneys on high‑value matters.

The position can be based in the Boston office (other eligible offices include Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). Candidates will collaborate on patent filings, office‑action responses, opinions and litigation support for a mix of prosecution and contested matters.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Significant experience in life‑sciences patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation matters
Technical background in life sciences, biology, chemistry or a related discipline
Strong drafting, analytical and oral communication skills; ability to work collaboratively on client matters
