IP Senior Associate – Life Sciences

Join a national intellectual property practice as a senior associate focused on life‑sciences matters. The role offers hands‑on work across both patent prosecution and patent litigation teams on cutting‑edge technologies in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

The position is open to candidates willing to be based in one of several U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). Applicants should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and any graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

• Several years' experience in life‑sciences patent prosecution and/or patent litigation
• Scientific background in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong drafting, client‑communication and litigation support skills
• Admission to at least one U.S. bar; active registration with the USPTO or eligibility to register is a plus
