Senior Associate, Intellectual Property (Life Sciences)

Top-tier US law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join a national intellectual property team focused on life sciences. The role covers both patent prosecution and litigation work on cutting-edge biotech and pharmaceutical matters.

The position can be based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C., and offers the chance to work with experienced IP litigators and prosecutors across cross-office matters.

Candidates should be prepared to provide law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application.

• Significant experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation involving life‑sciences/chemistry technologies
• Technical background in life sciences, chemistry, biology, or related field (degree required)
• Active bar admission in the United States (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent drafting, briefing and oral advocacy skills; strong academic record (transcripts requested)
