IP Litigation Senior Associate — Intellectual Property

We are seeking a senior associate to join a national IP litigation practice. The role is open to multiple US offices and involves handling complex intellectual property disputes for sophisticated technology and life‑sciences clients.

Responsibilities include leading written advocacy, managing discovery and motion practice, supporting claim construction and trial preparation, and mentoring junior lawyers. You will work on cross‑office teams alongside experienced litigators on high‑stakes matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction
• Several years of post‑JD litigation experience with a focus on IP/patent litigation
• Strong briefing, motion practice and deposition experience; trial experience preferred
• Excellent research, writing and client‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices
