Join a well-established national law firm’s Employment team in Birmingham as a senior employment lawyer. This role involves leading complex employment matters, delivering strategic advice across areas such as redundancies, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management and settlement agreements, and representing clients at Employment Tribunal and higher court levels.

You will take a senior role in client relationship management and business development, mentor and develop junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across the firm to provide integrated, high-quality legal services. The team handles large-scale restructures, sensitive workplace investigations and defended tribunal claims.

Qualified solicitor with significant employment law experience.
Proven ability to lead complex employment matters and to represent clients at tribunal and higher court hearings.
Demonstrable experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
Commercial awareness and strong client-facing and business development skills.
