Established Senior Associate-level experience in private equity real estate, funds, real estate financing or related commercial real estate work.
Experience advising on equity- and credit-style investments, joint ventures, fund structures and/or real estate capital markets transactions.
Strong drafting, legal analysis and client-facing skills with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Right to work in Australia or ability to obtain required work visas.
