Senior non-contentious role in a nationwide projects, development and construction team. The team advises on procurement, contracting and risk management across regeneration, accommodation, health, education, energy/renewables and infrastructure projects, acting for developers, funders, contractors, public bodies and specialist subcontractors.

The post-holder will run and manage matters, draft and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction and development documentation (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC/EPCM and multi-party arrangements), provide commercial risk advice on live schemes and support business development and know‑how initiatives. The team works on both UK and international matters and offers flexible/hybrid working with core office days.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years' PQE in construction or projects law
Extensive non‑contentious construction experience, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC
Proven ability to run matters, supervise and mentor junior fee-earners and manage files
Experience with development, housing/accommodation or investor-side work desirable; appetite for BD and knowledge development
