Senior Associate — Projects, Development & Construction

Opportunity for a senior construction lawyer to join a well-established UK practice advising on projects, development and construction matters. The role involves advising developers, contractors and other stakeholders across the lifecycle of construction and development projects.

You will work on a mix of construction contracts, procurement, project delivery and related commercial documentation, and provide practical, commercially focused advice on risk allocation and contract management. The team operates across multiple UK offices and supports national and cross-border matters.

• Proven senior associate experience in construction / projects and development work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on construction and development contracts
• Commercial orientation with client-facing experience and ability to manage project teams
• Qualified (or qualifying) solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction
