Senior Associate, Public Company M&A — Fort Lauderdale

Senior associate role on a public company mergers & acquisitions team based in Fort Lauderdale. The position involves leading public company transactions from inception through closing, advising clients on strategic and legal issues, and coordinating with specialists across practices.

The role includes supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals, handling complex negotiations and principal transaction documents, and managing post-closing matters. Work will span industries and may include cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Admission to the Florida Bar
• 6–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with a strong M&A focus at a major law firm
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of transactions independently and to lead deal teams
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Significant cross-border or multi-jurisdictional experience preferred
