Established national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Boston real estate team. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and associated financing and development matters.

The successful candidate will work on complex transactional matters for institutional and corporate clients, draft and negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross‑office teams. The position offers exposure to high‑value, market‑leading work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Significant transactional real estate experience as a senior associate (track record on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or real estate finance)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable managing deal workflow and supporting client communications
Experience working with institutional or corporate real estate clients and coordinating with multi‑discipline teams
Active Massachusetts bar admission or eligibility to be admitted; J.D. from an accredited law school
