Seeking a senior associate to join a US structured finance team supporting securitization, trade receivables and related warehouse/structured financing matters. The role focuses on lender-side work including private trade receivables securitizations, supply-chain finance and trade receivables monetization, with cross-border and off‑balance-sheet structuring elements.

Team works collaboratively across multiple U.S. offices; placement is flexible but candidates must be U.S. qualified and located in the U.S. Strong transactional exposure and the ability to prepare deal documentation, intercreditor arrangements and related financing agreements are important.

5+ years' experience in structured finance and securitization (lender-side experience preferred)
Experience with private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance or trade receivables monetization; capital‑markets experience a plus
Familiarity with warehouse financings, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and off‑balance-sheet structuring
U.S. bar admission and strong prior law‑firm transactional experience; include a deal sheet with application
