Well-regarded national law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Technology Companies group in New York. The role focuses on representing technology company clients across corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, M&A and private/public offerings.

The team works collaboratively across practices; the successful candidate will both contribute as part of deal teams and independently manage substantial components of transactions. The group emphasizes a collegial, entrepreneurial environment and cross-practice coordination.

Applicants should be able to provide a deal sheet and demonstrate strong commercial judgment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and relevant transactional experience in the technology sector.

Mid- to senior-associate transactional experience with technology companies
Experience on venture financings, mergers & acquisitions and/or private or public offerings
Comfort working in teams and managing significant deal components independently
Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written/verbal communication
Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) for the relevant jurisdiction and a deal sheet
