Senior Associate role in a technology-focused transactions team based in London. The work covers commercial technology and telecoms matters including SaaS/cloud agreements, outsourcing, software licensing, technology development and system implementation projects, with a growing emphasis on AI contracting and AI governance.

This role suits an experienced tech transactions lawyer who will act as a senior associate on client matters, leading drafting and negotiation, advising on risk allocation (warranties, liabilities, SLAs, transition/exit, change control, escrow) and shaping AI contractual and governance frameworks.

At least 6 years PQE with substantial technology transactions experience.
Proven experience on SaaS/cloud, outsourcing, software licensing and tech development or implementation projects.
Practical experience advising on AI contracting and AI governance issues.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills on technology contracts (warranties, indemnities, SLAs, transition/exit, change control, escrow).
Ability to operate as a senior associate: client-facing, mentor/junior supervision and work-winning contribution.
