Senior-associate role on a technology transactions and licensing team based in Palo Alto. The team advises clients across life sciences and technology on IP licensing, collaborations, distribution, services and development agreements, including cross‑border and complex strategic arrangements.

The role involves structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial and IP agreements, working closely with corporate, IP, regulatory and tax colleagues. This is an opportunity to join a busy, market‑leading practice that handles high‑profile technology and life‑sciences transactions.

4–5 years post‑qualification experience in technology transactions or licensing
Proven experience drafting and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services and development agreements
Experience with life‑sciences/biotech clients or transactions preferred
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to work across disciplines (corporate, IP, regulatory, tax)
J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
