Commercial Litigation Attorney Boise

Nationwide full-service firm seeks an experienced commercial litigation attorney to join its Boise office. The role involves handling dispositive and pre-trial work, managing client relationships, and participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other courtroom matters.

• 9-10 years litigation experience (PQE)
• Active Idaho bar license required; Washington license preferred
• Proven experience with discovery, drafting/responding to motions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Experience taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations; trial experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills; able to work independently and supervise client matters
