Senior Complex Litigation Associate — Product Liability

Seeking a senior associate (7–9 years' experience) to join a national product liability litigation team. The role focuses on defending clients in high‑stakes, complex matters with an emphasis on aviation and transportation sectors and is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices.

The team handles large, multi-jurisdictional matters and values strong writing, complex-issue analysis (e.g., jurisdiction, choice‑of‑law, admiralty), case management through all litigation phases, and collaborative client service. Applicants with technical backgrounds (aerospace, mechanical engineering, computer science, life sciences) or appellate clerkship experience are especially encouraged to apply.

• 7–9 years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or related complex defense work
• Proven experience managing cases through discovery, motion practice, expert work, and trial preparation with minimal oversight
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills (clerkship or law review/moot court/publication a plus)
• Comfort with multi‑jurisdictional issues, choice‑of‑law, and admiralty matters
• Technical interest or background in aviation/transportation or related engineering/science fields preferred
