Senior Corporate & Private Equity Associate — Dallas

Leading national private equity practice seeking a senior associate to join its Dallas corporate team. The group advises financial sponsors and portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle, handling buy- and sell-side M&A, sponsor-to-sponsor deals, and financing work.

The role focuses on leading and executing acquisitions and related transactional matters, with particular activity in healthcare private equity and independent sponsor engagements. The team emphasizes proactive, deal-driven counseling and client development alongside transaction execution.

• 5–7 years' post-qualification transactional experience (acquisitions/private equity focus)
• Proven experience on PE-backed M&A and related financings
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced, complex transactions and to take a leadership role on deals
