Senior-level insurance coverage lawyer sought to join a national and international insurance coverage litigation team in the Seattle office. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing complex coverage matters and contributing to the practice's growth in the Pacific Northwest.

The role requires hands-on litigation work: drafting coverage opinions, pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court for hearings and motion practice. Experience with Washington bad faith and UIM matters is especially valuable.

Minimum 6 years of law firm experience in insurance coverage and litigation
Licensed to practice in Washington state
Proven experience analyzing insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions
Strong litigation skills: pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery and case management
Experience taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences and arguing motions
Superior research, drafting and communication skills; arbitration and trial experience beneficial
