A global, Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm serving insurers and the London market is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its national and international insurance coverage litigation practice in Seattle.

The role is client-facing and offers the opportunity to play a leading part in expanding the group's Pacific Northwest presence. Experience handling Washington state bad faith and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UIM) litigation is particularly beneficial.

Minimum of 6 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience
Licensed in Washington state
Strong litigation background, including coverage analysis, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, dispositive motions, and managing discovery
Experience with depositions, court conferences, and arguing motions
Arbitration and/or trial experience beneficial
Superior research, writing, and communication skills
