Top-tier national litigation team in Atlanta seeks a senior associate to handle complex business and commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to high-stakes matters including class-action defense, trade secrets, and other commercial litigation across a range of industries.

The position requires significant independent case management and involvement across all phases of litigation, with opportunities to lead strategy, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation alongside experienced trial teams.

5-10 years of litigation experience handling complex commercial/business disputes
Proven ability to manage matters independently and lead key litigation tasks from intake through resolution or trial
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience with depositions, motion practice, hearings, and discovery management
Graduated in the top 10% of class from a nationally recognized law school and participation on law review, moot court, or trial team preferred
Admitted to the Georgia Bar or eligible for admission in the near term
