Class Action & Complex Litigation Attorney — Atlanta

Experienced litigation attorney sought to join a busy commercial litigation practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on defending large-scale class actions and complex commercial disputes across all phases of litigation.

Day-to-day work will include pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, discovery management, and courtroom advocacy. Strong writing, analytical skills and client-facing communication are essential. This role operates on a hybrid working model.

• 2–15 years of litigation experience, including significant exposure to class actions and complex commercial matters
• Experience defending institutional clients in areas such as fair housing, government investigations, employment, and compliance preferred
• Proven experience with all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, and oral advocacy
• Superior legal writing, research, analytical and communication skills
• Admission to the Georgia Bar required; admission to the Alabama Bar a plus
