Senior non-contentious construction role within a well-established UK practice. You will advise on a range of development and infrastructure projects, real estate-related acquisitions and disposals, property finance and process-plant contracts, working primarily for employer/developer clients while also valuing contractor-side experience.

The team handles large-scale infrastructure, regeneration and remediation projects and offers both non-contentious and contentious support where needed. The role includes opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with specialists across the national construction group.

Established senior associate or principal associate with substantial non-contentious construction experience.
Proven expertise with standard construction forms and documentation (JCT, NEC), development agreements and process-plant contracts.
Experience advising employer/developer-side clients; contractor/supply-side experience also valued.
Comfortable working on large development/infrastructure matters and willing to engage with contentious work where required.
Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing national team. Background in private practice or in-house construction teams accepted.
