Experienced corporate lawyer sought to join a busy Birmingham corporate practice with a strong focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and group restructurings. You will work on national and cross-border transactions as part of a collaborative team that advises corporate and private equity clients across multiple sectors.

The role offers responsibility on high‑quality deals, regular interaction with senior lawyers across offices, and opportunities to contribute to business development and team growth. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience at senior/principal associate level in M&A and private equity.
Proven transactional track record on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures; experience with cross-border matters advantageous.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; comfortable leading parts of deals and supervising junior colleagues.
Commercial client-facing approach and ability to contribute to business development and relationship management.
