An established UK legal practice is seeking a senior trade mark attorney to join its growing London IP team. This is a senior role managing a high‑quality, varied caseload across trade mark clearance, prosecution, watching services and contentious proceedings, with opportunities to provide strategic commercial advice to UK and international clients.

The post offers a platform to shape and grow the trade mark offering within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will work closely with solicitors and other advisers on cross‑disciplinary matters and be expected to contribute to business development, client relationship management and internal training.

The role is based in London with hybrid working flexibility and openness to alternative working patterns (including four‑day options). The position includes participation in industry events and involvement in the team’s CPD and mentoring activities.

Qualified trade mark attorney with strong post‑qualification experience (ideally 10+ years).
Proven track record managing complex, high‑value trade mark caseloads (clearance, filing, oppositions, enforcement and counselling).
Credibility to build and sustain senior client relationships and a proactive approach to business development.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across disciplines and supporting junior colleagues / trainees.
