Qualified Solicitor/Associate (0-5 PQE) with experience in clinical negligence, personal injury, civil litigation or insurance law.
Experience acting for healthcare defendants, insurers or medical defence organisations desirable but not essential.
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and litigation skills; experience managing claims through an electronic case management system.
Commercial mindset, client-focused approach and ability to manage multiple files to court deadlines.
Team player with willingness to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing activities.
