Join a growing construction disputes team in central London handling high-quality, contentious work across the construction lifecycle. The team advises developers, contractors, subcontractors, owners and asset managers on adjudication, TCC litigation, arbitration, ADR and Building Safety Act-related matters.

The role offers day-to-day client contact, responsibility for running aspects of matters, and close collaboration with experts, counsel and the wider real estate group. The team combines contentious and non-contentious capabilities and acts on multi-party disputes, defect claims, adjudications and early-stage dispute strategy for live projects.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–4 years' PQE in construction law (contentious experience preferred).
Demonstrable experience with adjudication, litigation or arbitration and an understanding of Building Safety Act issues.
Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; able to take responsibility for aspects of matters and work collaboratively across teams.
Commercial mindset and the ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
