Join a specialist real estate team advising on renewable energy and energy-sector property matters. This role is open across offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers exposure to a wide range of projects and technologies as the market continues to expand.

You will work within a close-knit, supportive team advising developers, funders and advisers on transactional property work for renewables projects, with structured training and scope to take ownership of files. There is also scope to contribute to business development as the practice grows.

1–4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate or property work, ideally with exposure to renewables/energy transactions
Practical experience of transactional property work (leases, title, security, due diligence) relevant to development and project sites
Strong drafting, commercial judgement and client-facing skills; ability to manage matters with senior support
Interest in contributing to business development and building a renewable-energy practice
