Join a national Regulatory Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team advising organisations and individuals on regulatory criminal investigations, inquests and related compliance matters. The team handles matters arising from health & safety, fire, food and environmental regulation and works closely with insurers and other practice groups.

This is a national appointment with particular focus on London, the Midlands or South West. You will work on a varied caseload, have client contact from an early stage and support business development and training activity within the team.

At least 5 years PQE in regulatory, health & safety or related criminal/regulatory practice.
Experience handling investigations and prosecutions (e.g. HSE/Police/local regulators), witness interviews, interviews under caution, and inquests.
Familiarity with non-contentious compliance advice across areas such as environmental, food, product or fire safety.
Demonstrable business development experience and ability to build client relationships.
Strong file management, timely billing and management-information practices.
Willingness to travel at short notice to assist clients on the ground.
