Join a leading international law firm's financial markets team in Sydney. This role offers exposure to complex derivatives, financial market infrastructure, payments and digital assets work across both transactional and regulatory matters.

The team acts for domestic and international financial institutions, market infrastructure providers, state entities and industry bodies on derivatives, collateral, netting and financial services regulation. You will work on market-facing matters that combine deal execution with broader policy and market operation issues.

This position is suitable for a solicitor who wants to build deep technical capability in derivatives and financial markets, work closely with senior practitioners, and contribute on high-profile, innovative matters.

2–4 years' PQE in banking & finance, financial markets or derivatives practice
Strong drafting, analytical skills and commercial judgment
Experience with ISDA documentation advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated interest in derivatives, financial markets and related regulation
Right to work in Australia (must hold necessary visas/approvals)
