Solicitor — Medical Negligence, Birmingham

Join an established medical negligence team handling a broad range of claimant matters. The role is based in Birmingham and offers a supportive, collaborative environment focused on high-quality client care and outcomes.

You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence files, assist on higher-value and complex matters, and work closely with colleagues across the practice to deliver clear, compassionate legal advice to vulnerable clients.

• 3-5 years PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant-side)
• Proven experience managing a personal caseload, including litigated matters
• Experience supporting senior lawyers on high-value or complex clinical negligence claims
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to give clear, empathetic legal advice and work both independently and as part of a team
