Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national business restructuring and reorganization practice. This is a firmwide, non-partner-track role that provides substantive and administrative support on bankruptcy and distressed-matter engagements across offices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the firm's new matters team and preparing required court disclosures for bankruptcy engagements (e.g., retention applications and related filings), supporting Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring matters, and assisting with distressed acquisitions. The role also contributes to practice-area legal research and client-facing publications.

4–6 years of post-qualification experience supporting bankruptcy/restructuring matters, with demonstrable Chapter 11 and distressed-debt or distressed-acquisition experience.
Experience on company-side restructurings and out-of-court workouts preferred.
Strong legal writing, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure.
Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar (required).
