Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national bankruptcy and restructuring practice based in Cleveland. This is a non-partner-track, firmwide role that supports bankruptcy and restructuring engagements across offices.

Responsibilities include coordinating and preparing court disclosures and retention materials in Chapter 11 and committee matters, supporting out-of-court restructurings and distressed acquisitions, and contributing to practice-focused legal research and publications. The role requires strong writing, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

4–6 years PQE supporting bankruptcy/restructuring matters (Chapter 11 experience preferred)
Experience with out-of-court restructurings and distressed acquisitions a plus
Excellent legal research and writing skills; experience preparing court retention/disclosure materials
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume practice
Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar
