Staff Attorney, Business Restructuring & Reorganization — Washington

Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national business restructuring and reorganization practice based in Washington. This is a firmwide, non-partner-track role that will support bankruptcy and distressed-debt representations across offices.

The position coordinates and prepares court disclosures and retention filings related to Chapter 11 matters and special‑counsel engagements, and supports transactional and litigation teams on restructurings and distressed acquisitions. The role also contributes to practice-focused research and writing.

• 4–6 years’ experience in bankruptcy/restructuring work
• Substantive experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out‑of‑court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions (company‑side focus)
• Strong legal research, drafting, organizational and time‑management skills
• Experience preparing retention disclosures and related court filings
• Must be a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar
