Staff Attorney — Litigation

Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a busy consumer finance litigation team. The role focuses on drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and negotiating settlements on behalf of financial-services clients (banks, lenders, card issuers, loan servicers).

The team values collaborative, high-performance attorneys who prioritize client service and accuracy. This is an office-based role with a hybrid schedule expectation and preferred locations in Jacksonville or Orlando.

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with consumer finance matters.
• Barred and resident in a U.S. jurisdiction where the firm maintains an office.
• Ability to work in the office at least three business days per week.
• Strong motion-drafting, negotiation, legal research, and written/verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail and time-management.
• Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, or loan servicers preferred.
