We are seeking a staff attorney to join a leading global firm's corporate team in Hong Kong. The role will support transactional work across corporate and M&A matters, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will work closely with deal teams on legal research, drafting transactional documents, and day-to-day matter management. This is a hands-on role for a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer who wants to develop within an international corporate practice.

  • LL.B. from a reputable Hong Kong or China university
  • Hong Kong-qualified
  • Native-level Mandarin and strong English (fluency preferred)
  • Prior corporate/transactional experience at an international or reputable local firm
  • Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, communication and time-management skills
