Our national Labor & Employment practice is seeking an experienced attorney or counsel to join a specialized, fully remote hourly team. This role offers the flexibility of a remote arrangement while working on sophisticated employment litigation and advisory matters for a top-ranked practice.

The team operates as an elite group of labor and employment lawyers who handle exciting cases without the demands of a traditional partner-track position. You will have the freedom to choose the work you take on, with no billable hours expectation or marketing obligations. Flexibility and strong time management are essential.

5+ years of increasingly responsible employment litigation experience, preferably management-side
Familiarity with federal and state court practice and administrative agencies (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
Experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and drafting motions including summary judgment
Ability to handle EEOC charges, investigations, position statements, mediations, and settlements
Active bar license in state of residence and in a state where the firm has an office
Strong time management skills and flexibility with workflow
Collegial and cooperative approach
