Structured Finance Associate — Charlotte

Mid-to-senior associate opportunity in a major finance team to support a structured finance and securitization practice based in Charlotte. The role focuses on SPV financing facilities and other structured finance transactions for institutional clients.

Successful candidates will work on sophisticated, transaction-driven matters and collaborate with deal teams across the US practice. The team values strong academic credentials and demonstrated experience on complex financings.

• 3–8 years' post‑qualified law firm experience in structured finance/securitization (JD 2018–2023).
• Demonstrable experience with SPV financing facilities and related structured financings.
• Strong academic credentials and track record on sophisticated transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing.
