Structured Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Growing US structured finance team seeking a mid‑level to senior associate to support securitization and asset‑backed transactions. The role focuses on asset‑backed securities, warehouse financings and related structured finance matters, with consumer/residential mortgage asset experience strongly preferred.

The team is collaborative and hires across multiple U.S. offices (including Charlotte, Chicago and New York), with flexibility to be based in other U.S. locations. The position offers exposure to complex, bank- and fund‑side financings and a platform for continued transactional development.

• 3+ years of PQE in structured finance, securitization or related transactions
• Demonstrable experience with ABS transactions and warehouse financing; residential mortgage/consumer asset experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm transactional experience
• US-qualified attorney able to practice from a U.S. office
