Mid-level to senior associate role in a national structured finance / securitization team. The position supports ABS and mortgage securitizations, SPV financing facilities, warehouse financings and related structured finance transactions across multiple U.S. offices.

Successful candidates will work on complex, market-facing transactions alongside a collaborative, cross-office team and will be expected to manage deal drafting, negotiation and closing processes. Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets is strongly preferred.

3+ years' post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization or mortgage/asset-backed transactions (mid‑to‑senior level; 3–8 years preferred)
Experience with securitization, SPV financing facilities and warehouse financing; residential mortgage/consumer-asset experience strongly preferred
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills and experience managing complex closings
U.S. law degree and active bar admission; excellent academic credentials and communication skills
