A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with 3 to 8 years of experience to join its structured finance securitization practice. The role sits within a collaborative national finance team and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-volume structured finance transactions for financial institution and investor clients.

The successful candidate will take on substantive responsibility for SPV financing facilities and a range of other structured finance and securitization matters, working closely with colleagues across the platform. The team is known for strong deal flow and a collegial, cross-office working style.

3 to 8 years of experience in structured finance and securitization
