Structured Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a structured finance subgroup in one of the firm's U.S. offices (New York, Los Angeles or Boston). The role focuses on securitizations, asset-backed financings and related structured transactions.

Day-to-day work includes legal research and drafting, supporting complex transactions from diligence through closing, client-focused communication, and collaborative work across the finance team. The position is hybrid with a regular in-office presence and some remote flexibility.

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3-6 years' experience in structured finance, securitization and/or asset-backed lending
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage transactions, work collaboratively, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
