Seeking an associate to join a structured finance subgroup within a national finance practice. This multi-office role is open to candidates in New York, Los Angeles or Boston and offers a hybrid working pattern with regular in‑office presence.

The role involves supporting and managing complex structured finance, securitization and asset‑backed lending transactions, conducting legal research, drafting transaction documents, and participating in closings, negotiations and related matters. You will work collaboratively across deal teams and with business professionals to advance client objectives.

JD from an accredited law school
3–6 years' experience in structured finance, securitization and/or asset‑backed lending
Admission to practice in the relevant office jurisdiction
Excellent legal research, drafting and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to manage transactions from drafting through closing and to work collaboratively on deal teams
