Structured Finance Associate — Finance & Banking, Washington

Top-tier Washington, D.C. office is seeking a Finance associate with 2–3 years' experience to join its structured finance team. The role focuses on securitizations and structured lending matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex lending and securitization documentation (including warehouse credit agreements), supporting multiple simultaneous transactions, and working closely with deal teams across practices.

The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• 2–3 years' post-qualification transactional experience in structured finance/securitizations
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex lending documentation, including warehouse credit agreements
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
