Growing structured finance team at a major US law firm seeks a 4–7 year associate to work on a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions. The role involves advising on the structuring, negotiation and execution of securitizations and related products across CLOs, rated-note feeders, ABCP and conduit programs, receivable and telecom securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities and other specialty structures.

Ideal candidates will draft and negotiate core transaction documents, manage deal processes and work on sophisticated, market-facing matters in a collaborative, team-oriented practice. The New York office is preferred, though candidates in other locations will be considered for the right fit.

J.D. from an accredited law school
4–7 years' relevant securitization/structured finance experience at a peer firm
Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Admission to the New York Bar or the bar of the office to which the candidate is applying
