• 4–8 years of relevant law firm experience in structured finance and securitization
• Demonstrable experience with asset-backed securities transactions and warehouse financing
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated transaction experience
• Eligible to practice in the U.S.; willing to be based in Charlotte, Chicago, New York or other U.S. office
