An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a department attorney to join its Subrogation & Recovery Department in San Diego. This role offers the opportunity to work at a top-tier firm without the pressure of billable hours.

The attorney will manage and evaluate large property claims, including coordinating investigations, retaining experts, identifying potential theories of liability, and reporting to clients. The primary focus is to determine whether large property losses are legally viable to pursue against third parties by identifying claims with an appropriate factual and legal basis for recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience handling property insurance claims, construction claims, commercial litigation, or subrogation claims. Excellent interpersonal, research, and writing skills, along with a license in good standing in California, are required.
