J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academics
5–7 years of appellate litigation experience with a focus on patent/IP appeals
Admission to at least one state bar; Federal Circuit admission preferred
Prior judicial clerkship preferred (Federal Circuit or district court with significant patent docket)
Proven experience drafting appellate briefs, cert petitions, and substantive motions in patent/IP matters
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to distill complex technical issues into persuasive arguments
Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and collaborative team skills
