Tax Associate — Real Estate (Houston)

Growing tax team at a leading international law firm is seeking associates to join its Houston office. The role focuses on tax matters with a strong real estate/REIT component and offers exposure to complex, often novel transactional and structuring work.

Candidates will work on research-intensive projects, draft client memoranda and transactional documents, and collaborate with deal teams across practices. The group values creative problem-solving and clear written and oral communication.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Law school class year 2022 or later
• Strong technical understanding of tax law and demonstrated research abilities
• Experience or strong interest in real estate matters, including REITs
• Excellent writing, oral advocacy, analytical skills and top academic credentials
